Hello! We took a few minutes to look into your order, and it appears as if you placed your order in the afternoon of Friday November 29th. For the item to arrive in time for December 1st, it would have needed to be delivered the next day, Saturday November 30th. Although we are super speedy at shipping orders, especially for a small business, USPS isn't quite that fast at delivering orders, even when paying for the quickest expediated shipping available.
For future reference please know that all of our orders placed before 8 am CST will ship on the same day, and all other orders will ship on the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, but you will also have the option to updade to quicker shipping methods at checkout if you wish to do so.
