Hey Donna, We are so sorry you're disappointed in the product. This Color by Day style coloring book is the first of its kind, so it can be a little confusing. We do explain in the product description, through product photos, and also on the first page of the coloring book how the book works, which is each section on the page aligns with the days of the month and you only color one small piece of the page everyday. For example on January 1st you only color the section of the page with a 1 in it. On January 2nd, you color the section with a 2 in it, you continue throughout the month and eventually you are left with a fully colored page! It is definitely a unique way to track what day of the month it is, but it is fun none the less!
